Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we'll arrange the uplift. 

Once a customised order has been started (usually within 2 days of placing the order) An order cannot be refunded. Unless damaged or defected after delivery, certain items cannot be returned or refunded, customised products (such as special orders or personalised items inc our Shirt Frames due to the process and how we put them together) 

We will contact you throughout the framing process to ensure you are happy with the placement of the shirt, photographs and plaques prior to delivery. If any adjustments are required on your shirt frame, post delivery, please contact us within 14 days. Adjustment requests after 14 days may be rejected. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
