Collection & Delivery Policy

And Frame Collection & Delivery Service (Recommended) 

We offer a shirt collection and delivery service, within 40 miles of our addresses in Wigan and Bury. Consisting of 4 zones, including a FREE zone, price will be calculated based on your address at checkout. The price quoted at checkout for your zone covers both collection and delivery. 

This collection and delivery service ensures the shirt never leaves our sight. We will always aim to collect your shirt with 5 days of you confirming your order and delivering your finished frame within 10 days. 

Customer Drop Off / Collect

We have a drop off point in Wigan, where you can drop off your shirt and collect your finished frame. Select this option at checkout... This is of course FREE, and arrangements just need to be made via (email) contact@andframe.co.uk or on Whatsapp, 07912771693. 

External Courier Service 

If you're outside of the 40 miles, you have the option to drop off (recommended) or post your shirt to us using a courier (at your own risk of loss or damage) We would use a courier to deliver your finished frame, insured up to the value of £200 with signature required.  

Lead Time 

The Frames are built to order in the UK - We aim to deliver your finished frame with 10 days of receiving your shirt to frame. This is providing your frame style / colour has been ordered and paid for, we have received your shirt, digital images and plaque information. It also depends on your order quantity and stock availability of your selected frame.
